I’ve had a wild ride in marketing, and the skills below are what you can harness.
Let’s get into the weeds, shall we?

MARKETING
- Channel strategy
- Direct mail
- Out-of-home (billboards, ads in golf carts, elevator wraps, etc.)
- Social media
- Gifting
- Persona building
- Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) development
- B2B/DTC marketing
- Brand touchpoint inventory and refinement
- Customer lifecycle strategy from prospect to client to offboarding
Growth Strategy
- Hidden audiences
- Understanding your ICP and targeting the heck out of them
- Uncovering potential new audiences by inspecting trends with industries, competitors and environments
- Account-based marketing (ABM)
- ABM program build and execution. This takes a strong partnership between marketing and sales – something I do well.
- Tech stack review and recommendations based on company need.
- VIP targeting. Understanding the entire buying team, target company health, opportunity for sales and strategy for outreach.
- Sales enablement
- Partnerships with sales teams. I’m known for my harmonious relationship strengths, and I can assist with creating a unified vision between sales and marketing.
- Tech stack review and recommendations based on sales needs.
- Touchpoint inventory and adjustments. When is the sales team reaching out? How often? To whom? With what?
- Inbound leads
- Content review and recommendations
- Lead management
Creative
- Brand design
- Logo (primary, secondary, variations based on usage needs)
- Stationery suite
- Letterhead
- Invoices
- Business cards
- Thank you notes
- Website design, build and monitoring
- Vehicle wrap design
- Custom sales enablement materials – brochures to custom pitch decks to final presentation books
Examples
- I designed hallway wraps welcoming Sir Paul McCartney to Tulsa. I put all of his hits on a ‘star walk of fame’ that led him to his green room before we went on stage. (And, because of my McDonald’s lunch choice, almost got kicked out due to his vegan preferences.)
- I guided the naming process and built the brand for a new arts program for traveling performers, artists and musicians for downtown OKC. I orchestrated the PR push, website content, social media announcements and the vehicle wrap (with a dry erase-able spot to indicate who was performing that day!) that motored throughout downtown. Art Moves with the Arts Council of Oklahoma City is still thriving almost 2 decades later!
- When needing to grow doctor’s patient panels, I constructed custom marketing plans that presented the doctor as an individual with passions, strengths and hobbies (to show that they are, in fact, human). I helped construct their biographies, videos and craft what makes them special. My favorite project was getting a family medicine doctor who was passionate about the outdoors set up to do a Wilderness Medicine talk at a local outdoor outfitter. We gave everyone little first aid kits, Nalgene water bottles and he shared tips on removing fish hooks and how to splint an arm. He successfully grew his practice and is a happy camper.
- I co-built the first account-based marketing (ABM) program for an S&P 500 company, successfully partnering with sales leadership to increase sales win rates, pipeline velocity and deal size. This was quite a process with a lot of lessons learned, but ultimately our lab experiment worked.
- I built a field marketing strategy to bring large deal size prospects to visit a company’s HQ. We surprised our guests with black car service at the airport, gifts/snacks waiting in their hotel room and VIP treatment when they arrived on campus. I escorted them and our sales lead with a tour of the facility, then ended with a classic Oklahoma steakhouse dinner. The surprise of the night was taking our guests to a local clothier to gift them a custom-built suit jacket. This was the final touch that resulted in 100% win rates.
- I co-wrote the pitch to get Barbara Corcoran as an S&P 500’s spokesperson. She loved the pitch, and did multiple commercials with the company. Note: she is a lovely person with a hilariously salty mouth.
- I escorted clients on multiple video shoots. I was a liaison between the client and our creative team, and my role was to create harmony and ensure the client’s time was treated well. I filmed with a major makeup manufacturer, Amazon DSP delivery service and had a blast.
